- Managing bookings
- Handle incoming calls
- Estimates
- Manage Invoices
- Maintain filing systems
- Ordering Parts/Supplies
**Experience**
- Previous office experience, with a background in administrative roles preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including typing and accuracy
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
