Join us as the pivotal Human Resources Lead, overseeing all HR functions within our luxurious seaside hotel. From recruitment to appraisals, your role is integral to every employee's journey, ensuring the highest service standards across all departments.

**Your Impact** You’ll be the sole member of our internal HR department, managing recruitment, retention, absences, and appraisals. Your resourcefulness and organization will shine through as you navigate this dynamic role.

**Essential Skills**
- Proven HR experience in a similar-sized organisation
- While hospitality HR experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Comfortable with numerical data
- IT proficiency (Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
- CIPD qualification advantageous but not mandatory
- Eagerness to learn and develop

**The Details** The role spans 24 to 40 hours per week, allowing flexibility based on your preference. The salary starts at £28,000 and is negotiable based on experience, with pro rata consideration for part-time roles. This role is solely based at the Hotel; remote work isn’t an option.
