An annual salary of around £55,000 is offered depending on experience + flexible working (3/4 days in the office)
**Client**
A successful Digital Agency who has offices in Brighton and is seeking an autonomous SEO Specialist who is very autonomous and motivated to match their exciting growth plans. You will be key in tripling the SEO team in the next 18 months.
**What you will be doing**:
- Develop client SEO strategies
- Competitive analysis and identify gaps in client content or areas of improvement for content expansion
- Train and support junior members of the team - briefing, auditing, BAU optimisation etc
- Analysis of SEO effectiveness on channel activity and wider campaign performance
- Work with other members of the team to align and integrate SEO activity and other media channels
- Recruit new members, making the SEO team stronger and increasingly successful
**What you will need;**
- Must have experience in a pure SEO role at managerial level or above
- Strong experience with Google Analytics
- Experience coaching and inspiring team members
- Strong analytical and mathematics skills
