What does the role involve?

As a member of the Kier Fleet Support team, you will be reporting to the Utilisation Team Leader. As part of your role, you will assist the Kier Fleet Services team in achieving desired cost savings. You'll be helping some of our biggest customers get the most use from their fleets by ensuring vehicles are in the right place, at the right time.

Office attendance will be required 5 days a week during your training. Once you have completed this you may reduce your office days to 3 days on-site.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Liaising with our customers to create and source new daily rental vehicles within agreed timeframes.
- Managing all terminated rental reservations.
- Managing and investigating any issues which may have been flagged
- Arranging the transport of all commercial vehicles
- Ensuring all data on the systems are recorded correctly and up to date

What are we looking for?

You're organised, enjoy solving problems and are passionate about delighting your customers. Ideally you will have some knowledge of commercial vehicles and rentals but what's most important is a willingness to learn and great customer service skills

Also, we're looking for the following:

- Ability to analyse data with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- IT literate and able to learn new systems quickly
- Can work collaboratively
