What does the role involve?

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Answering incoming calls from engineers/company car drivers
- Inbox management for all customer enquires
- Administering customer changes in our system
- Processing fines and congestion charges promptly and accurately

What are we looking for?

You're passionate about delighting your customers, and get a real kick out of providing a good service. You take real pride in your keen eye for detail. You also enjoy spotting things that can be improved and suggesting ways to do it better.

Also, we're looking for the following:

- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel (nice to have)
- Good administrative skills
