**The Job Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Administrator. The salary will be competitive and will depend on experience.

As Senior HR Administrator, you will have a genuine and approachable manner and the ability to establish rapport with all of our team members. Working 40 hours Monday to Friday, you will assist and support with a wide range of administrative duties and be responsible for processing all of the HR administration for the hotels.

**Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to**:

- Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries.
- Write and prepare all HR correspondence including creating offer letters, contracts from templates, reference letters and promotion letters etc.
- Manage the on boarding process for all new starters including the creation of new starter packs and deliver the company induction.
- To support and manage the recruitment process ensuring we recruit capable team members
- Set up and maintain employee personnel files and ensure that all paperwork is updated and filed in a timely manner.
- Conduct / assist with note taking during investigation meetings, disciplinary, grievance meetings, etc.
- Arrange online training for all staff via our online training system
- Ensuring all health and safety documents are up to date e.g., Risk assessments and H+S policies

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Previous HR administration experience would be preferred
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your own workload
- Be able to work to deadline
- Manage time effectively
