**SUMMARY**

Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for delivering sales whilst developing great customer relationships? Are you looking to use your existing skills in a unique field and in a more relaxed office environment? Our Inbound Sales position is at the heart of our Restoration service and is a key role in our projected growth, as the world's determination to be more sustainable, continually increases.

**JOB ROLE**

This position will involve the processing of inbound online/ telephone quote requests from clients looking to renovate their luxury items promptly, with the aim to increase sales opportunity across the business and achieve company set sales targets. An Inbound Sales Consultant would have a friendly demeanour and excellent customer service skills. This role will also include actioning calls back to those requests not engaged to improve conversion whilst delivering enhanced customer service and maintaining great customer relationships.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Essential**:

- Experience in an inbound sales role
- Passion for hitting targets and KPI's
- Great time management and organisational skills

**Desirable**:

- Experience working with the Zendesk platform
- Worked in sales in a bespoke quotation industry
- Ambitious
- Able to work to deadlines
- Work well under time pressures
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Have an enthusiasm for luxury fashion
- Strong attention to detail

Salary £22,500-£24750 (OTE)

Full UK Driving Licence is desirable due to our Head Office location in Burnopfield. On site parking is available.
