To prolong the life cycle of all handbags lovingly and expertly. In doing so, we nurture sustainability, whilst proudly acting as a gatekeeper and guard on the luxury handbag market.
We are looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join our team and sell our bespoke restoration services. The sustainable luxury sector is due to grow faster than standard retail over the next five years and as what we do is so unique no two days are the same, this inbound sales role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to excel in this sustainable luxury sector. _(full training provided) _
**WHAT WE DO**
As our name suggests, we specialise in handbags Offering in-house Restoration to luxury fashion accessories and also a pre-owned sale platform, we are unique in that, we offer both of these flourishing services under one market leading brand.
**JOB ROLE**
This position is responsible for responding to all inbound online quotes we receive and drive sales direct to our HQ. We are looking for a driven team player, who will communicate well with customers both before and after a sale, supporting on wider company customer service while exceeding sales targets and being the customers first impression of our luxury brand.
Full training in the exciting world of luxury handbag, shoe and accessory will be provided to learn about the 200+ services we offer, carried out by out 13 talented artisans in our innovative clinic.
The role is a permeant full time position working 4.5 days in our fast paced office and maintain a quote response time of 24 hours outside of office hours.
The basic salary is £21,000 per annum with an uncapped commission based on a percentage of closed sales. OTE - £25,000 +

**Essential**:
- Proven experience in Inbound /Outbound Sales
- Ability to build rapport using different channels
- Be able to hit and exceed sales targets and KPI's
- Be passionate about understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
- Genuine desire to help people and show empathy in challenging situations
- Understanding the role customer care plays in any business and the importance this has to a company’s growth
- Excellent and proven telephone manner
- An awareness of mainstream luxury brands and genuine interest in sustainable fashion
- Warm and friendly demeanour, who is passionate in being part of a thriving team
- Educated to GCSE level with at least 5 A*-C including Maths and English

Full UK Driving Licence is desirable due to remote Head Office location.
