Field Sales Consultant - Full time

Location: 11-17 Kingston Road, Staines TW18 4QX

**Job Type**: Permanent. Full Time 40 hours a week Monday - Friday

Area covered: Sussex, Surrey, Middlesex and parts of Kent.

Clearwell Mobility is a leading provider of mobility equipment across the South East, committed to helping people maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. We are currently looking for a Field Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

This hands-on role involves taking out large mobility products (scooters, riser recliner chairs etc) to demonstrate and assess clients for suitable products. Whether you already have mobility experience or are looking to develop your skills in a growing industry, we offer full training and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Sales Consultant, your main duties will include:

- Visiting clients to carry out assessments as well as instore assessments on a range of mobility equipment
- Organise the preparation and sending quotes and assisting with queries
- Handing over products to end users and making adjustments to the equipment to suit the user
- Liaising with manufacturers to ensure product knowledge is kept up to date
- Delivering periodic training to internal staff around more complex equipment
- Provide support to staff internally with queries

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a practical, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with a warm personality and the ability to deal with mainly elderly and disabled customers in an empathetic and patient manner. This is NOT a hard sell role.
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills - written, listening and verbal
- Highly motivated, self-driven and organised
- Able to prioritise and manage own workload and take ownership of customer relationship
- Able to build rapport and develop long term relationships with healthcare professionals
- IT Literate - Word, Excel and Outlook
- You will ideally be based within commuting distance of our Burgess Hill HQ or around the M23 corridor in Sussex or Surrey
