Lettings Administrator

TMS Estate Agents are looking for an experienced LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR.
We have a part-time, permanent position to work five days per week between Monday and Friday for a minimum of 25 hours per week in the office.
Additional hours are available. Ideally we are looking at a 9:30am start and 2:30pm finish but we can be flexible.
A driving license and the use of a vehicle is essential.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Supporting the Lettings and Property Management teams with general lettings administration
Respond to all viewing enquiries via online marketing portals
Process viewing appointments and providing feedback to landlords
Conduct viewings if required, following up on enquiries
Handling enquiries from both landlords and tenants, property management issues
Follow up on all property management opportunities
Conducting tenant referencing and drafting tenancy documentation
Right to rent checks for all new potential tenants
Checking gas certificates and EPCs are up to date
Updating the system with all check in/ out notes, inputting tenancy details, deposit protection, as well as creating move in packs
Creating new tenancies and maintaining data on system
Liaise with contractors to allow access for works/furniture/cleaning
Conducting inspections and inventories if required.
Skills required:
We are looking for somebody with excellent organisational and administrative skills.
You must be very diligent and actually enjoy paying attention to detail.
This position will require you to work closely with the property management team, ensuring the smooth transition for new tenancies.
This position is a key role within the business to ensure a smooth client journey.
We are looking for someone with a great personality, passionate about excellent customer service, working to strict deadlines, both proactive and commercially aware.

Salary range basic £20,000 - £25,000 pro rata, commensurate with experience
