What can you expect from us?

We are offering Permanent, full-time contact centre roles.

You can earn a salary of up to 21k with our performance related pay scheme.

39 hours contracted working hours per week between 8:00am and 10:00pm Monday to Sunday. You may also be required to work bank holidays.

Hybrid Working with 4 weeks training delivered face to face on site. Thereafter you will be required to visit the office as and when requested, for training, to collaborate with your colleagues and client representatives and for up-skilling.

About the role

DDC Outsourcing Solutions provide business critical customer service support to a wide variety of businesses across the globe. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add to our talented team. Vacancies are currently available on our flagship energy/retail campaigns to provide a top-class customer experience.
- Handle high volume inbound calls from customers
- Making customer calls
- Updating customer accounts accurately
- Working towards and meeting business targets
- Responding to customers
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Working as part of a team

What You’ll Bring
- Good conversational skills with a positive outlook
- Enthusiasm, drive and motivation
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience.
- We ask that your home working location is quiet for confidentiality, safe, and secure (a home self-assessment will be required).

What Are Your Key Skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, inbound contact centre environment
- Adaptable to change
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Experience in utilities/Retail would be advantageous.
