R&R Construction Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team. We as a company are committed to nurturing talent and providing a supportive environment for professional growth.

**Role Overview**:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join us on a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the recruitment field. You will work closely alongside our experienced consultant to understand the recruitment process, learn effective sourcing techniques, and develop excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with the team to identify potential job opportunities and fill client vacancies.

**Requirements**:
Due to you coming in on a trainee position we don’t require direct experience, but you must be able to:

- Communicate excellently with great interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and time management abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team-orientated environment.
- Have prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
- Have your Maths and English GCSE minimum.
