A rare opportunity for CeMAP 1 qualified sales individual to join an established chain of estate agents as an in-house mortgage broker in the Ashford area, with full training and the payment of the CeMAP qualification provided.

**Main Duties**
- A rare and excellent opportunity has arisen for a CeMAP 1 (or equivalent) qualified sales individual to join an established estate agency chain in Ashford to work as an in-house mortgage broker or mortgage adviser
- Our client is offering an opportunity to an experienced salesperson to join one of the best-known estate agency brands as a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser, providing the CeMAP 1 qualification has been attained to work from one of thebusy estate agencies in the Ashford area offering the new and existing client’s advice on mortgages and protection.
- Working closely with the estate agency colleagues, you will deal with mortgage leads referred over on a day-to-day basis, as well as assisting them in achieving their own goals and targets.
- Speaking to new clients that have been passed over to you, you will build a working relationship with the customers to ensure that there is potential remortgage business in the future. As well as dealing with new potential clients, you will also have accessto the untapped loyal client database, where you will be able to offer a remortgage service.
- Working with the various mortgage lenders as well as the admin team, as a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser you will build up your knowledge of the mortgage industry.
- As well as fun training provided by this well-known client, but payment for the CeMAP exams is also part of the package.

**Key Skills**:

- For this excellent trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser role, the CeMAP 1 must have been attained.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in face-to-face roles is also essential, along with a full UK driving licence, a clean credit history and no criminal convictions.
- Drive, self-motivated and the desire to succeed is paramount.

Basic salary to £25,000 plus, £2,500 car allowance, Pension, Life Assurance, Bonus & Commission - OTE £45,000 - £65,000
