**Company Description**
- We are currently looking for an apprentice within our Purchasing / Quality department who has the determination to succeed as well as a desire to learn and develop within a dynamic business environment.
- The role will be 37 hours per week and report directly to the Purchasing Quality Manager.
- The company will support you through SVQ3 level plus HNC qualifications during the 4-year apprenticeship.
- The first year will be based full time at college with the remaining 3 years based on site.
- We will provide you with the tools to become a success in our business as well as enjoy a competitive salary.
- Carry out quality tests and inspections on new/existing components using a wide variety of inspection equipment.
- Carry out sorting exercises in line with plant demands, to ensure lines are fed with good material.
- Use SAP to record, release suppliers and components.
- Creating supplier inspection reports and communicating to the appropriate teams.
- Contribute to the future development of the department including active participation and driving digitisation projects.
- Daily organisation and tidiness in surrounding areas.

**Qualifications**
- 4 National Qualifications at Level 4 or above (standard grade equivalent level 3 or above).
- Mandatory for all areas are English and Maths.
- Positive attitude with a good methodical mindset.

- Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and to follow instructions.
- Ability to approach problems logically.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation both verbally and written.
- Drive your own development and complete all training modules successfully and in a timely manner with the support of external auditors.
- Develop a full understanding of all metrology and tooling used to support production.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and documentations.
