**About Us**

Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Our Asset Management team manage, maintain and invest in our property assets to make sure that our properties provide attractive, good quality homes for our residents and future customers.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a Planned Maintenance Inspector to work alongside the Senior Technical Services Officer and Technical Services Team to support the regular component replacement, property improvement and cyclical maintenance programmes to achieve the required standards in specification, quality of work and compliance with agreed standards for each contract.

**About You**

You will be educated to HNC level or above or have the relevant experience. You should be a time served trades operative and have experience in dealing with planned maintenance work and schedules. A knowledge and understanding of current Building and CDM regulations is essential.

You will be a great communicator with both our internal and external customers, be competent using multiple IT packages and be comfortable working independently in an evolving and fast paced environment.

You will need to have a driving licence and access to a car for business use. You will be eligible for our car loan scheme.

You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
