We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Streetwork Co-ordinator/Document Controller to join our team in Greenwich. This role is a split role and will see you involved in a variety of tasks including general office duties but predominately workingwithin the Admin and SHEQ team. The Role of the Streetworks Co-ordinator will see you working closely with local authorities, you will be responsible for opening and closing permits using Streetwork systems whilst ensuring that all aspects of the TMA (Traffic Management Act) are met. Asa Streetwork Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the management and administration of permitting. This role will involve regularly liaising with local authorities helping to build lasting relationships.
- The booking of traffic management installations & associated permits
- Following up and progressing Streetworks' permits through to approval
- Proficient customer service skills
- Customer and council liaison
- Dealing with queries as required
- Accurately updating the Company’s bespoke database system
- Assisting management with challenging/resolving any FPNs received for completed works

The role of the Document Controller will see you responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
- Import and management of company database via a bespoke Application (APPCAN)
- Data Entry - Ensuring all collated information received from the Project Managers are uploaded onto the database and kept up to date daily and weekly reports run.
- Management of several other databases for the company i.e IT Training Matrix and Asset Register.
- Distribution of these documents to relevant managers/team.
- Set up manage, maintain project document control system.
- Book all necessary training for employees and keep records up to date ensuring that all relevant forms are completed and returned.

**Essential requirements and skills**:

- Must have proven experience and ability in submitting permits/notices for works
- Knowledge of Streetworks legislation i.e fines/charges and permitting guidelines
- The ability to work under pressure
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of Traffic Management
- Experience of liaising with Local Authorities
- You must be proficient in Microsoft packages and be a good communicator
- The ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary 28K depending on experience 5 days a week in the office (Mon-Thu 8am-5pm -Fri 8am-4pm)
