**Senior Process Analyst**

**_We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Process Analyst to join our team. As our Senior Process Analyst you will be tasked to translate business requirements into a robust and reliable process, utilise their technical experienceto ensure implementation of efficient, successful and repeatable solution's. _**

**_You will also be responsible for ensuring that all strategy tasks are deployed on time and as efficient as possible, guaranteeing all audit checks are completed and adhered to._**

**_Please note that this role is a full time/Permanent Position._**

**Your main responsibilities**:

- line management for the deployment team on a daily basis To identify the business needs and collaborate with colleagues in operations and support to develop a strategic solution, do a business and process analysis.
- Get rid of manual data-focused procedures and workarounds in the company
- Support recurring data-driven processes (new business book-ons, CRA reporting, management of arrears process, month-end requirements, call scoring, portfolio performance reporting)
- support for the internal CRM system's upkeep and development
- Support the Decision Science (modelling) team and collaborate closely with them to enable effective implementation of operational scorecards into contact strategies.
- Processes for operational strategy development and maintenance should focus on customer contact selection, digital strategy, customer tracing, and data enrichment.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in SQL programming, development & ETL processes
- Proven ability in optimisation of SQL code, procedures and processes
- Ability to mentor and up-skill junior members of staff in SQL programming
- Experience in full MS SQL stack (SQL, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, PowerBI)
- Ability to identify and create & supply complex datasets in line with business expectations
- Experience in analysing large datasets would be advantageous
- Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of the role
- Support HOS to manage Deployment team activities to drive continuous improvement
