**ROLE PURPOSE**

In addition to this there will be opportunities to support wider Regulatory activities such as facilitation of industry change proposals across both Water and Energy sectors, supporting the control of documents within the document management system and functional reporting.

**PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain working relationships with the regulator ensuring timely delivery against standard SLAs;
- As appropriate, support initiatives to improve the end-to-end process and maintaining documented process flows for the creation of new insets;
- Provide support to water related activities relating to settlements and management of CMOS;
- Support the wider team with the analysis and understanding of regulatory change proposals across the Water and/or Energy sector;
- Support administration of the Document Management System.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- An understanding of the Water market and/or Energy industry is essential;
- Awareness of regulatory obligations or experience of working within a highly regulated environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage relationships with key external stakeholders;
- An understanding of process management and ability to drive improvements;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Good core IT skills across Microsoft Office package
