A permanent, full time Assistant Finance Business Partner role based in Salford;
- Offering between £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus hybrid working.

The key responsibilities for the Assistant Finance Business Partner will include, but may not be limited to;
- Support the Finance Business Partners and Financial Reporting Manager in providing pro-active financial support and advice to budget holders based on a sound understanding of the relevant business area;
- To assist in the preparation of timely management accounts for the relevant business area, in accordance with the monthly management accounts timetable;
- To assist the budget holders in the accurate re forecasting of their budgets throughout the year;
- To carry out or support monthly meetings with budget holders for the relevant business area to discuss their management accounts;
- To contribute to the production of statutory accounts, corporation tax, VAT and regulatory returns, in accordance with the agreed timetable, and to liaise with the external auditors in the provision of clear working papers and information.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Excellent written, verbal and mathematical skills;
- Experience in working with financial and other systems;
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders, with good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Accounting qualification (i.e AAT level 4) as a minimum
