Your NRG (recently rebranded from Oil NRG) is a market leader in home heating. There are some BIG business growth plans undergoing at the moment so it’s a very exciting time to join Based at our Hartlepool Headquarters and reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, Your NRG are needing the helping hands of an enthusiastic digital marketing apprentice to support the business in reaching new heights

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Manage the company’s social media channels - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Create and schedule content for social media campaigns
- Develop digital marketing campaigns in line with business objectives and the overall marketing strategy
- Create industry-specific content for the website and other digital channels such as articles and blogs
- Assist with creating marketing collateral e.g., ads, graphics and brochures

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours & Benefits**:

- Annual salary of £18,000
- Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Graphic design experience or understanding of Adobe Suite/Canva (beneficial)
- Relevant qualifications that relate to marketing (desirable)
- A beginner understanding of B2C marketing (beneficial)
- A creative, innovative and forward-thinking approach
- Hands-on individual and a team player
- Confident communicator - verbal and written
- Grade 4/C in GCSE English and Maths or Functional Skill equivalent is required for this role
