We are active across the UK delivering Sales, Merchandising & Compliance Calls across various sectors & for multiple clients.

What You Will Be Doing?
- Ensuring our partners are delivering their contractual obligations and feeding back where you see potential issues
- Creating Brand presentations for delivery to clients
- Maintaining our internal trackers across all areas of the business
- Working with senior stakeholders to ensure projects are kept on track and within allocated budgets
- Managing the businesses project plans, ensuring these are kept live and up-to date at all times
- High energy personality with a positive and professional attitude
- Ensuring our CRM (Salesforce) is fully updated with detailed data capture after each interaction
- Ensures that each interaction imparts value for either our business or the prospect/existing customers business
- Support with any overflow of customer service calls and queries
- Supporting the COO and other stakeholders with other tasks as the business requires

- Previous experience in a fast-paced sales and/or customer-facing role
- Strong Powerpoint capability
- Can analyse, draw conclusions and make recommendations from data
- Self-drive and organisational skills are essential
- High levels of resilience and tenacity
- Able to work closely with team members and cross-functional teams
- Positive and energetic outlook, with a desire to achieve
- Excellent communication skills
- Target-driven, always looking to improve and develop
