A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Leeds Service Centre. We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our sales team. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key customer accounts.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has strong analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The role is office based, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with _**full product training, a six month induction programme and support provided.**_

**Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve or exceed targets
- Develop positive relationships with customers
- Act as a pointy of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Inventory management for portfolio of accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor and track key account metrics, such as revenue growth and customer retention

**Requirements**:

- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written & numeracy skills with an attention to detail

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
