Lettings Client Accountant
**Salary**: Up to £35,000 per annum

Our client, an established and growing South West London agency, are looking for a Lettings Client Accountant to join their busy team. They are a friendly and customer service focused company with strong integrity and a good company culture.
The Lettings Client Accountant will be responsible for any financial queries across the business as well as reconciliation of accounts and authorising invoices on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily and monthly client account reconciliation is completed alongside discrepancy explanation reports
- Manage supplier invoices by reviewing, authorising and paying on behalf of landlords and the business in a timely manner
- Ensure the daily rent payment run to landlords is completed and is accurate
- Responsibility for tracking and chasing tenant rental arrears and reporting issues to the landlord
- Provide landlords with agency fee breakdowns and analysis as well as providing monthly management reporting
- Produce NRL HMRC returns on a quarterly and annual basis
- Assist the Property Management and Lettings teams with financial enquiries
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Lettings Client Accountant role
- AAT/ACCA qualification beneficial but not essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Highly organised with exceptional time management
- Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and clients
- Excellent written and spoken English
