We're looking for an ambitious and experienced individual with exceptional instruction winning and new business development skills to take the lead in a thriving Wandsworth office.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a motivated team, expand market share, and build strong relationships within the local and wider London property market.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Oversee all aspects of the lettings process from valuation to move-in.
- Manage, motivate, and develop a team of negotiators to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive new business generation through networking and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and developers.
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company policies.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic input to senior management.
- Represent the company at key local and industry events.
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Minimum 4 years' experience in residential lettings, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver results.
- Strong background in business development and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of high-end and new-build properties across London.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential.
