We're looking for an ambitious and experienced individual with exceptional instruction winning and new business development skills to take the lead in a thriving Wandsworth office.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a motivated team, expand market share, and build strong relationships within the local and wider London property market. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Oversee all aspects of the lettings process from valuation to move-in.
• Manage, motivate, and develop a team of negotiators to achieve and exceed targets.
• Drive new business generation through networking and proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and developers.
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company policies.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic input to senior management.
• Represent the company at key local and industry events. 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 4 years' experience in residential lettings, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver results.
• Strong background in business development and client relationship management.
• Knowledge of high-end and new-build properties across London.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• ARLA qualification preferred but not essential.
