**Technical Profile**:
We are currently looking for an experienced New Business Sales Manager to lead and rapidly build this sales Team. Your job will entail full sales cycles management from prospecting to development on through to closing new business.

For this role you must effectively manage relationships with new Logo prospects. You will have a good technical understanding of Xuper's product stack to quickly accelerate Xuper's sales growth in this area.

The successful New Business Sales Manager will have a deep understanding of the relevant business market, have proven sales figures, and be highly motivated to join and lead a hard-working team.

**About the Role & Responsibilities**:

- Leading, managing and growing a successful sales team to drive new logo revenue.
- Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies alongside the wider Sales Management team.
- Assist in development of annual budget and sales plan.
- Proactively follow-up on correspondence to progress opportunities.
- Generate sales leads and follow them up to raise product services and brand awareness.
- Generate sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis, including but not exclusive to forecasts, KPIs, revenue performance, key selling trends
- Presenting and demonstrating products to potential clients at meetings, exhibitions, conferences, etc.
- To review progress and identify opportunities for further sales and new areas for development.
- Assist with team members solutions knowledge, training and accreditations.
- Involved in all aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.

**Technical Experience / Requirements**:

- Successful new business hunter with a history of successfully generating your own leads and closing deals.
- Experience of successfully planning, executing, and managing sales strategies to achieve personal and team targets for UK territory.
- Forecasting and pipeline and reporting experience
- Experience of gathering customer requirements / needs analysis, solution mapping and regular pipeline discussions with teams and Senior Management.
- Experience of building successful sales teams around you.
- You will be a passionate sales coach and leader and strive to achieve excellence for both your direct reports, and yourself.
- Tracked, monitored and reported sales activities using internal software / Sales CRM.
- Experience of selling to public and private sector organisations throughout the UK.
- Experience of selling Microsoft Stack Including Teams, 365, Azure
- Experience of selling Hardware and Professional Services
- Experience of selling IT Support Contracts (MSP) Solutions and Services
