**What you'll do**:
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be providing business insights and market knowledge to assist the leadership team to make key cost and investments specific decisions in conjunction with the franchise.
You’ll also be:
- Analysing financial regulatory change impact on products and services
- Providing investment tracking and forecasting reviews
- Using the data and analytics thinking required to solve strategic problems using the latest tools and techniques
- Collaborating with our Finance centre of excellence to provide specific financial plans, forecasts, stress testing and market or segment analysis
- Reviewing and challenging the use of resources presented in investment decisions and business cases
**The skills you'll need**:
To succeed in this role, you’ll be a qualified chartered accountant with good stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate, influence and resolve conflict. Along with planning and organisation capabilities, you’ll need the ability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and risk and work in a flexible environment.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- Strong data analysis and modelling skills
- The ability to communicate complex financial information in a concise and non-technical manner
- The ability to create and review plans, forecasts, models and stress scenarios
- Good finance functional knowledge, accounting knowledge and product area and market segment knowledge
