**The Company**

The employer is a well-established non-for-profit organisation headquartered in Edinburgh. They are based all over Scotland and are constantly striving to improve their services. Therefore, they are looking to hire an individual who is able to bring freshideas to the table; and who is looking to make a direct impact to a great cause.

**The Role**

The role of Finance Business Partner will report to the Senior Finance Manager with a view to potentially taking over this position in a few years time. The successful individual will be involved in the preparation of monthly management accounts; budgetingand forecasting, providing Providing high-quality analysis and comprehensive advice, support and guidance to relevant Directors, Managers and budget holders.

You will be involved with but not limited to the following duties:

- Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Analysing the difference in spend versus budget
- Preparation of statutory and other financial returns
- Preparation of Cashflow projections
- Assisting in the preparation of draft year-end accounts
- Other Ad Hoc finance related duties

To be considered for the role you must:

- Have a minimum of 3 years relevant finance experience
- Have experience of preparing management accounts
- Have experience with accounting software packages
- Have excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Have good MS Office Excel literacy, including pivot tables, vlookups etc.

**On Offer**

The role of Finance Business Partner will offer a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus an additional benefits package including hybrid working. The office is based in Edinburgh and is easily accessible via public transport.
