TristoneNash are pleased to be supporting a women’s equality organisation which exists to eradicate violence against women and girls and to support survivors, to appoint a Quality Assurance Manager.
**Overview**:
Working closely with the Service Manager, you will maintain excellent standards in service provision for women, teenagers and children affected by VAWDASV by ensuring effective data collection, reporting requirements and quality monitoring.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure service quality compliance across all support services and that services are delivered in line with Service contracts
- Deputising for Support Service Manager when required
- Ensure effective data collection and reporting for reporting requirements and quality monitoring
- Ensuring case management system Oasis is fit for purpose to provide data for analysis and reporting
- Ensuring staff are fully supported in effectively using Oasis
- Lead on disseminating developments in legislation and good practice in relation to responding to VAWDASV
- Supporting managers in ensuring compliance with the monitoring and evaluation requirements for their service as directed by the Support Services Manager
- Ensuring robust reporting, monitoring and evaluation systems and processes in place for current and new services
- Identify inconsistencies in service delivery and report to Support Service Manager, providing additional support and training where required
- Ensuring service user data is protected in compliance with GDPR
- Contribute to the collection of service outcomes and use clear and coherent targets and monitoring systems to provide evidence that Survivor outcomes are met.
**Experience required**:
- Have a good understanding of domestic violence/ abuse including the impact of domestic violence/ abuse on victims and their children.
- Management experience, including data collection and reporting.
- Understand relevant legislation, remits and resources of relevant statutory bodies and voluntary agencies.
- Experience of data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Working within a multi-agency and legislative framework.
**Hours**:
The post holder is expected to work flexibility Monday to Friday 09.00-19.00 and to take part in the 24/7 on call service.
It is the nature of the work that tasks and responsibilities are in many circumstances unpredictable and varied. All employees are therefore expected to work in a flexible way and tasks which are not specifically covered in their job description may haveto be undertaken. **Out of hours responsibilities not limited to**:
- Answering calls coming into the service
- Responding to police call outs within the hour.
- Contacting all referrals in a timely manner.
- Attending the Intake and Assessment facility when a new resident accesses accommodation.
- Completing an assessment of risk and need with all referrals.
**Post open to women only under the Equality Act 2010 pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1.**
