Data Manager

We are currently looking to appoint a Data Manager.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday 07:00-15:00, term-time only + 20 days during school holidays.

**Main Areas of Responsibility**

The purpose of your role will be:

- Data Auditing & Collection, Analysis, Evaluation, Statutory Compliance, Accuracy and Dissemination
- To ensure accurate planning of Teaching & Learning & Assessment of Pupil Progress
- To create, edit and updating the Academy Teaching Timetable
- To ensure that all lessons at the Academy are covered daily after receiving calls from the absence line or during the day due to teaching staff emergencies

**Qualifications & Experience**
- GCSE in English and Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent
- Trained in the use of a variety of ICT packages
- Training on basic Bromcom systems including training on timetable groups, assessment module and report generation
- Training on running academy census
- Training on assessment policies and procedures
- At least two years' experience working in school or educational establishment
- Experience working in an inner city school
- Experience in assessment policies and procedures
- Experience in creating accurate reports on student data for senior team
- Experience of working to targets and deadlines
- Experience of developing policies process and procedures
