IT Service Manager

Job Description:
The IT Service Manager will oversee the delivery, maintenance, and improvement of all IT services within Artek. This role ensures the smooth operation of IT systems, manages technical support teams, and implements service management best practices to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining service quality, resolving IT issues promptly, and aligning IT operations with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day IT service operations and ensure high availability of systems.
- Lead the IT support team to deliver efficient technical assistance and customer service.
- Implement IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee software updates, network security, and data backup processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for IT-related projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and configurations.
- Prepare reports on service performance, incidents, and system uptime.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Stay updated with new technologies to improve IT efficiency and security.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud systems.
- Experience with ITIL, service desk tools, and system monitoring software.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ITIL certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT service management or technical leadership.
