We're looking for a
Senior Release Manager
to oversee end-to-end release and deployment processes for a leading banking customer. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, compliant, and high-quality software deliveries across multiple systems and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage software releases across multiple applications.
  • Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate across development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
  • Manage risk, rollback, and communication for all releases.
  • Drive automation and process improvements in release management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in
    banking, financial services, or fintech
    environments.
  • Strong understanding of
    CI/CD pipelines
    ,
    DevOps practices
    , and
    environment management
    .
  • Familiarity with
    ITIL processes
    ,
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    , and
    service transition management
    .
  • Proficiency in tools such as
    JIRA, ServiceNow, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps
    , or equivalent.
