Vacancy: BRANCH MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Bromley, BR1

Salary: OTE: £50k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This extremely successful independent estate agency, with a highly effective network of offices in South London, Surrey and Kent is seeking experienced Branch Manager to join their expanding team.

The role will be based in their thriving office in Bromley.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Senior Sales professional, who has the ability to support and coach a well-established and successful team, assist with implementing new processes and drive listings forward in the sales side of the business.

You must have a natural flare for negotiation and persuasion along with the confidence to close new business deals.

The Company: Our client is a busy, successful independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in and around Kent and the South London area. 

Skills required for this Branch Manager – Estate Agent role will include:

  • Previous residential sales experience essential at management level
  • Experience in valuations and gaining instructions
  • NFOPP qualification a benefit (not essential)
  • Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Great telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Bromley and surrounding area helpful
  • Full UK Driving License essential and own car preferred
  • A desire to succeed and be the best
