Busy Skin Clinic in Beckenham High Street Requires an enthusiastic and dynamic Shop Assistant / Receptionist.

We are a friendly team offering lots of skin and dermatology treatments over two clinic branches. We are looking for an organized and professional individual to help us with the daily running of our clinic in Beckenham. We will provide training as there is lots to learn.

Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9.30am to 6pm

Two Saturdays per month: 9am to 5pm

**Experience**:

- Health and beauty experience is a must
- Reception and admin work essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Deal with skincare enquiries
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Operate Phorest booking system - all training will be provided
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
