Design House Glasgow are base in the City Center of Glasgow conveniently next to St Georges Cross Underground or with Free Parking in a secure car park.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PORTION OF THE ROLE

We are a luxury home improvement company specialising in high quality German kitchens and hand crafted traditional British kitchens, designed and sold from our custom studio. Our sales team sell luxury kitchens based on design driven concept that maximises the customers experience and offering superb quality products at affordable prices. Your role will be to take over from point of sale and deliver an exceptional customer experiance for the remaining process. This will include coordinating delivery of materials/products to the correct locations and organising the relevant trades in an efficient and effective timeline.

We also provide clients with a vast range of services which will require you yo be in close communication with our partnered companies which include architects, builders, bi-fold door companies, kitchen manufacturers and appliance suppliers, Landscapers garden room manufacturers, renewable energy suppliers and multiple trades, to name a few of the services design house offer.

Option of full time ( 5 days per week from 6 as we are closed Sundays) or part time pro rata ( minimum 3 days per week) position with core hours to be 0830- 1700 although a variable start time option is available.

OFFICE PORTION OF THE ROLE

Previous administration experience is essential and a knowledge of both office administration and project management logistics information input to databases would be useful.

A knowledge of programs such as Xero, Smartsheet or gantt charts would be useful.

Working mainly from our design studio office, with some on visits to installation projects on site to liaise with customers and trades. There is the option based on company discretion for working from home that would be possible depending on business requirements.

Responsibility for inputting invoices and expenses into computer accounts program and issuing invoices to our clients.

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
