I have partnered with an organisation who are seeking an IT Support Engineer to come and join them on a full time permanent basis.
They are a managed service provider based near Longwell Green and are looking for two IT Support Technicians to come and join their teams.
They are seeking enthusiastic individuals, who have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll get the opportunity to collaborate with others in the business to ensure that projects and tickets are closed effectively and efficientlyto maintain their great relationships with their clients.
You will be working for a growing managed service provider who have gone from strength to strength over the past few years, where every voice is heard. They are looking for someone who is seeking a long-term career with them, and in return they’ll provide trainingand an environment you can develop and progress in.
You’ll be working in a Help Desk environment, closing tickets which are mostly software based. They’re looking for someone with great written and verbal communication skills to interact and assist their customers and clients with tickets, and complete the ticketswithin the given SLA.
You willl also occassionally be travelling to client sites assisting with installatons and migrations, so a driving license is required.
Technologies they are looking for you to have experience with:

- Active Directory
- Office 365,
- VPN
- Windows
- DNS/DHCP
- Knowledge or exposure to Windows Servers

They are paying up to £35,000 per annum, along with pension, holiday allowance, continuous training and social events.
