**Field Service Engineer**

**Southwest (Bristol, Cardiff) - £28,000 - £31,000**

**Overview**

Applause IT are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a growing business supporting customers in the southwest region. You will be required to attend site visits within an assigned region to support clients service calls to fault find and resolution,as well as assisting with installations, commissioning, and audits.

**The successful Field Service Engineer will have experience in most of the following**:

- Product knowledge in the areas:

- Warden Call
- Nurse Call
- At Home Alarms
- Telecare
- Telehealth
- Door Access Control systems
- Previous experience and strong knowledge of electrical installations
- Excellent customer services skills are required given the nature of the role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take a practical and adaptable approach to site technical issues
- Be self-motivated and able to work in a demanding environment
- Must be willing to travel to site and work out of hours / weekends as and when needed

**Full UK Driving licence is a must**
