Job Title: RPA EngineerLocation: National (must be near to one of our Air IT Offices)Reporting to: Automation ManagerPurpose:As part of our commitment to delivering innovative and efficient services, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RPA Engineer to join our growing team. As an RPA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving process automation initiatives using cutting-edge tools and technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and RMM, to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.As an RPA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that optimise manual processes across various departments within our organisation. Your expertise in automation technologies, particularly RPA and RMM, will not only make us more efficient but significantly increase the speed of resolution for incidents and service requests. Moreover, automation will play a crucial role in improving our Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance, reducing human error, and ultimately elevating overall customer satisfaction.Duties and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and support automation workflows using RPA and other automation platforms to streamline repetitive and time-consuming tasks across different business functionsCollaborate with key stakeholders to analyse existing manual processes, identifying areas for automation, and defining automation requirements. Your insights will lead to improved SLA adherence and reduced response timesBuild and implement end-to-end automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.Conduct rigorous testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to defined specifications. Thorough testing will result in increased efficiency and customer satisfactionCreate detailed technical documentation of automation processes, including workflows, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
