We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team in providing a high performing Finance Business Partner service to a Division(s) within the Trust.

The post holder will be someone who looks for innovative solutions to improve the financial performance of the Division(s) and has excellent communication skills to inspire confidence in working with other professionals at a senior level both within the Trust and externally. They will also proactively engage in the management and development of staff within the Financial Management team to ensure a high performing finance service is delivered.

The Financial Management Team has been restructured to introduce Finance Business Partner (FBP) roles to Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust and we have FBP roles which we are now looking to fill. You will be joining a positive forward thinking team at an exciting time as we launch these new roles.
