**About the role**
- The Marketing Executive will design and manage the digital marketing campaigns - implementing a social media strategy and content plan as well as targeted social media recruitment campaigns.
- Critiquing and developing recruitment advertising copy.
- Working with suppliers to create recruitment focussed digital content including video, photography and design for website, social and digital advertising.
- Creation of content and writing copy for advertising, direct mail and newsletters.
- Website Management including the creation of new pages, landing pages and news articles.
- Managing and reporting on marketing spend, performance, ROI and lead generation on a monthly basis.
- Arranging and attending recruitment events and activity as required.
- Building relevant partnerships within the local community.
- Ensuring all recruitment marketing activity has a customer journey and is measurable where possible.
- Explore internal activities such as training and wellbeing promotions to maximise the recruitment messaging across the business.
- Developing great relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure you are meeting the developing needs of the business.
- Continuing to develop and review the recruitment marketing strategy with the Head of Recruitment Strategy.

**Requirements** **About you**
- Excellent written English and the ability to adapt your style for each platform used.
- Brilliant communication, teamwork and relationship building skills.
- Experience of Wordpress or similar website content management.
- Strong understanding and working experience of Meta Business for lead gen, advertising and general messaging.
- You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

- Our client will offer you an attractive salary £27,000 rising to £30,000 on completion of probation.
- 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm.
