Marketing Executive

Due to a sustained period of exceptional growth, Endurance Doors are recruiting for a Social Media Marketing Executive to shape and deliver our social strategy and assist our network of customers in making the most of their own social platforms.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop and manage a diverse range of social media channels, catering to both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Generate captivating and innovative content for scheduled posts that effectively convey brand-centric messages and engage the target audience.
- Oversee and handle all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate on case studies with homeowners and influencers to ensure a consistent stream of high-quality digital assets for video, print, and social media.
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by proactively responding to posts, fostering discussions, and ensuring a positive online environment.
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Identify and stay updated on consumer trends to inform the planning and execution of effective social media campaigns.
- Respond to comments and messages across all social media platforms
- Strategically implement and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Effectively manage and track budgets allocated for social media activities.
- Educate customers on the use of social media and actively promote its utilization within our customer network.
- Engage with customers' social media channels to co-promote their brand alongside ours, fostering feelings of partnership.
- Take the lead in managing the Installer of the Month and Showroom of the Month initiatives to recognize and showcase outstanding customers
- Promote, develop, and deliver white-label social assets to the installer network as required.
- Create and optimize Installer Partner subsites featured on our website to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on all social media activities, including a detailed analysis of targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Research social media marketing strategies and content from global leaders to gather insights and innovative ideas.
