Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and we strive to make them feel part of the Wrendale family.About the RoleThe Marketing Graduate/Executive role offers hands‑on experience across a wide range of marketing activities, from digital campaigns, social media and content creation to trade marketing, retail promotions and events.We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, adaptable, keen to learn, with a genuine passion for marketing, design and storytelling. You’ll work closely with experienced marketers and creatives across both B2C and B2B channels, supporting our retail, trade and brand activity while building a strong foundation in all areas of marketing and gaining valuable experience in a fast‑paced, creative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and delivery of retail marketing campaigns.Work with the team to create, schedule, and monitor social media content, helping grow our community and engagement across platforms.Assist the Brand Community & Content Marketing Associate with influencer outreach, partnerships and day‑to‑day social media coordination.Help produce engaging digital and social media assets, including graphics, short videos and visuals for use across multiple platforms.Support at photoshoots and video shoots, helping to liaise and prepare content creation.Assist the Ecommerce & Design Marketing Associate with building, scheduling and testing email marketing campaigns.Respond to internal and external marketing and design requests, providing opportunities to develop skills in copywriting, design and creative concepting.Support trade marketing activity, including POS materials, trade shows and retailer communication.Provide general administrative and design support to the marketing team, including organising files, managing the team inbox and assisting with product samples.Essential Skills and ExperienceA strong creative eye and appreciation for design.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.A willingness to learn and take initiative.A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.A genuine enthusiasm for the Wrendale brand.Confident using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).(Desirable) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.(Desirable) Experience creating visual content or short‑form video for social media.(Desirable) Familiarity with email marketing platforms, website CMS or photography.Who We’re Looking ForA recent marketing, communications or design graduate looking to start their career in a growing, design‑led brand.Someone with 1–2 years of marketing experience seeking a broader, more varied role with creative responsibility.Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for creativity, quality and storytelling, and who wants to be part of a friendly, hard‑working team helping Wrendale Designs continue to flourish.BenefitsOptional 4‑day working week 8am‑5pm with no reduction in pay.Discount on Wrendale products.Regular paid social events.Employee assistance programme (Simply Health) available after probation.Opportunities for professional development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.How To ApplyTo apply, please click “Apply”, fill out the form and attach a cover letter and CV.We are an equal opportunity; disability confident employer and we value diversity.
