**Reservations & Client Services Coordinator**
**Location**: London

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000 per year

Join a dynamic and growing **Serviced Apartment provider and Agent** based in London, offering exclusive access to our own apartments and a strong global partner network. We’re seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to become part of our energetic team and play a key role in driving excellent client and supplier relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage client and supplier relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
- Oversee the full reservations process — from initial enquiry through to invoicing
- Respond promptly and professionally to all reservation enquiries
- Deliver outstanding customer care at every stage of the client journey
- Coordinate and conduct show rounds or meet & greets when required
- Explore and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Ensure high-quality, professional communication across all channels
- Track confirmed bookings and liaise with Accounts for monthly commission invoicing
- Edit and proof website content and marketing materials as needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong common sense and problem-solving skills — you think outside the box
- Previous experience in the hotel or serviced apartment sector is a plus (but not essential)
- Computer literate with confidence using booking/reservation systems
- Proven experience in a reservations, booking, or hospitality environment
- Client-facing confidence — able to build rapport with clients and suppliers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
- A second European language is highly desirable
