Job Role: Customer Services Co-Ordinator - Contract 18 months - may become permanent.
Location: Newbury

**Salary**: £20,000 - £21,000 DOE plus potential company bonus of up to £1600 paid quarterly, depending on company productivity
Job type: Maternity cover contract - Full-time (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm)
Benefits: 23 days holiday, up to 3 chillax days, pension, private healthcare, £20 per month contribution to gym membership, free parking. Bonus scheme in place where you can earn up to £1000 plus per year (this is based on team error rate and completing debitprocedure within timescale). You will be eligible for this bonus scheme once you have completed 6 months probation.
Our client will offer a retention bonus.. So if you stay with them for the full 18 months (with no disciplinary or performance issues), then you will get £2k. If they turn the job from contract to permanent after the 18months, you will still get the retentionbonus.
So bearing in mind the salary is £21k, retention bonus of £2k, and quarterly bonus (up to £1600 per year) and other wonderful benefits they have, It makes the package attractive.
Reporting to: Senior Account Manager
Key Purpose: To receive and process incoming orders and provide information to customers as required
Supplementary: To perform all duties in accordance with the company Health & Safety and Quality policy procedures. There may be additional activities to perform from time to time in order to maximise the contribution to the company's goals and objectives.
Key Activities:

- Process orders and returns in an accurate and efficient manner
- Answer telephone queries courteously and professionally
- Receive and respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain up-to-date customer information such as contact details, past order history, product number and/or specification of items to be purchased
- Have a sound level of product knowledge to advise customers
Organisation:

- Effective time management, prioritising and multi-tasking to achieve KPIs/targets
- Organise workload to meet the needs of the customers and team
- Work closely with Account Managers and sales team to help manage customers and stockists in regions
Communication:

- Work closely with the team, creating effective communication channels with all clients stakeholders, including purchasing, credit control and other sales team
- Advising Warehouse as and when there are special instructions for customers' orders or despatch details.
Order processing/Administration:

- Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and within defined timescales - checking and validating information on the order
- Ensure effective/accurate population of central sales database with orders, contact details and other key points of information
- Filing all data input in an organised manner
- Production of weekly sales and other reports as and when requested by the CSM
- Maintaining accurate and organised client records
