**Office and Accounts Administrator - Malpas**

Due to the ongoing growth of the business, we are seeking a dedicated and efficient Office and Accounts Administrator to assist with the day-to-day operations of our busy office. This is a role that requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

**In a varied role you will (not limited to)**:

- Support financial administration, including processing invoices (basic level).
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Printing and photocopying along with general office duties

**About you**:

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with Sage 50 or similar
- Experience as an Office Administrator, Accounts Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and friendly demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Discreet and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
