Clifford College is an independent training provider with 130 electrical apprentices over three locations. Training Electrical apprentices for Barlows Uk Ltd.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Process high volumes of purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
  • Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice queries
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance team as required.

About You

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar finance role
  • Strong Excel and general IT skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Additional Information

  • Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours/week).
