**Role Description**:
Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for an Equity Aggregation Specialist in our London based EMEA Equity Aggregation team. The Equity Aggregation team is responsible for position monitoring and preparation of non-financial regulatory disclosures under the relevant regulatory reporting laws across multiple regimes for the Global Markets and Wealth Management business divisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will ensure delivery of complete, accurate and timely regulatory reports to regulatory agencies.
- You will execute control practices, including compliance with all regulatory/policy requirements and data quality standards
- You will document key risks, performance indicators, desktop procedures including controls and metrics related to reporting.
- You will respond to regulatory agencies and internal control partners on inquiries and reporting breaches.
- You will identify, track, and remediate errors/breaches, data issues and control enhancements that impact the respective reports
- You will partner with upstream process owners and data providers to improve data quality of regulatory reports
- You will partner with Non-Financial Regulatory Interpretation and Technology teams to review and maintain data dictionaries.
- You will Partner with technology team and business analysts in providing requirements and user acceptance testing (UAT).

**What we are looking for**:

- You will have Equity Aggregation Experience
- You will be comfortable using Microsoft Excel daily
- You will be accustomed to managing large volumes of data
- You will have experience working in a Banking environment

**Skills that will help (optional)**:

- A working knowledge of Equity and options products would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the full trade lifecycle would be a plus
- Operations or Compliance background would be ideal
- A close attention to detail will be an advantage
