Area to be covered: London & Home Counties

Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000neg + negotiable bonus / commission scheme

The role of the Senior Sales Manager - Aggregates & Muck Away Service will involve:

- Senior Sales Manager role promoting the sales & services for aggregates, muck away and transport services
- Huge scope for growth, will be a big part of a recruitment drive looking head up a team of junior sales reps
- Contributing and helping with the strategic direction on the sales division
- Majority of your time will be spent selling to housebuilders, groundworkers, main contractors & sub-contractors
- Dealing with small - medium projects however do deal on larger infrastructure projects such as: HS2 & Heathrow Runway
- Will have your own negotiable turnover target to hit initial
- Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships however will have a smaller element of account management

The ideal applicant will be a Senior Sales Manager - Aggregates & Muck Away Service with:

- Must have external sales experience in the aggregates, concrete, muck away, waste removal on aggregate transport market sector
- Must have sold to housebuilders, groundwork contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors
- Must have strong new business skills
- Ideally dealt with larger scale project such as Heathrow and HS2
- Ideally have people management skills however not essential
- Plenty of energy, passion and self-motivation
- Personable demeanour with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Computer literate
- Full UK driving license
