Aspris now have a new opportunity for two **Referral Coordinators** to support their referrals team in our new Knutsford office. The referral coodinator will be the first point of contact for Local Authority customers and communicate effectively with Aspris operation teams to support in identifying a home for the children being referred.

Key Responsibilities for the role are to:

- Be led by the Referrals team leader to ensure all enquires are responded to quickly
- Build positive relationships with the Aspris operations team.
- Good attention to detail when recording activity.
- Send offers of placement to local authorities with a high level of accuracy.
- Share ideas and noticeable trends to support process.
- Use initiative to maximise all potential opportunities
- Build strong relationship with local authority customers.
- Be highly organised and self-motivated.
