Healthcare Administrator (25 Hours) Apply for the Healthcare Administrator (25 Hours) role at WTW. Role Summary Join our Occupational Health (OH) team as an Administrator – Healthcare. Your responsibilities include supporting the OH Team with varied administrative duties such as processing and coordinating absence management referrals, arranging clinical report typing, appointment making, handling telephone queries from clients and OH providers, assisting with invoice processing, and ensuring clinical notes are accurately saved on Sharepoint. Key Responsibilities Process dictation daily and send to typing providers. Verify all clinical notes are uploaded correctly to Sharepoint. Send reports to patients and clients as directed by OH/HR Case Managers. Manage assigned referrals – request and confirm appointments. Schedule and book absence case management appointments. Update the online whiteboard with typing/report tracking for doctors. Check and progress daily tasks. Chase GP/Specialist reports by phone. Assist with invoice processing from OH providers and GPs on the Ariba system. Essential Qualifications Previous generalist administration experience. Proactive approach with excellent customer service skills. Strong relationship building skills with diverse stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines. High level of confidentiality and discretion; knowledge of GDPR guidelines. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to provide creative, commercial and pragmatic solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Word. Desirable Qualifications Familiarity with OH and HR best practices and interest in developing HR knowledge further. Experience working with databases, specifically maintenance and collection of sensitive/clinical employee data and report production. Confidence working with varied stakeholders across the business. Ability to learn, change and innovate. Understanding of the business environment in which WTW operates and awareness of issues impacting the industry.
