**What will you be doing?**

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Business Management Analyst, in our Bracknell hub.

As a Business Management Analyst, you will provide support to the COO Business Manager and fellow business management colleagues in managing and controlling the 'people' and 'financial' processes for the COO community. This will involve responsibility foran internally led COO procurement process, working in conjunction with the Group Procurement team, analysing / reporting on expenditure and assisting with onboarding process.

**As a Business Management Analyst, some of your responsibilities will include to**:
COO Procurement
- Lead the COO department procurement process
- In conjunction with contract owners, ensure agreements are renewed in a timely and cost-efficient way

Resourcing
- Liaising with external consultant companies in relation to resourcing. Ensuring resources are in scope, budget and obtaining signature from our COO on Statement of Work documentation and filing securely once countersigned
- Raising new joiner and leaver documentation

Finance
- Assist in preparation of annual budget

Other
- Report necessary issues to the facilities team

- Plans, schedules, and monitors own work (and that of others where applicable) competently within limited deadlines and according to relevant legislation, standards, and procedures.
